Who are we?

If you are still employed and need help in the internal process such as the grievance and disciplinary procedures we can also help you.

If the claim is suitable to take forward then we will discuss with you the best way to go about this. Finally please be aware that in most cases there is a 3 month limitation date that applies to making a claim at the Employment Tribunal and in order to make the claim, you first have to comply with the Dispute Resolution Procedures. So it is important that you get legal advice about your claim without delay.
